Job summary

Bromley Healthcare in the United Kingdom invites an experienced Improvement Programme Manager to lead ambitious transformation projects within the Transformation Directorate. This 18-month fixed-term Band 7 role focuses on shaping and delivering large-scale improvement programmes that align with NHS priorities and improve patient outcomes.

You will oversee planning, governance, and benefits realisation, develop business cases, manage risks, and report to senior stakeholders.

Improvement Programme Manager 18 month fixed term contract Band 7 - £53,751 - £60,651 inclusive of HCAS Are you passionate about driving meaningful change in healthcare? We're looking for a dynamicImprovement Programme Manager to join our Transformation Directorate and lead ambitious programmes that improve patient outcomes and deliver real value. In this pivotal role, you'll shape and deliver complex projects that support our organisational priorities, working closely with clinical teams, corporate services, and system partners. Interviews expected to be held on 23rd/24th September but date could change, You will oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of improvement programmes, ensuring robust governance and alignment with organisational priorities. Key responsibilities include developing business cases, managing risks, tracking benefits realisation, and reporting progress to senior stakeholders. The role involves engaging with internal and external partners, influencing decision-making, and leading programme assurance reviews. You will also provide expert advice on programme management, coach project leads, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

Compensation is contingent upon NHS experience and current banding/pay point.
