Job summary

Bromley Healthcare CIC is seeking an experienced Improvement Programme Manager to join the Transformation Directorate in Orpington. You will lead complex NHS transformation programmes, shape business cases, manage risks, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

The role focuses on improving patient outcomes and delivering value through collaborative partnership with clinical teams and services. The post is an 18-month fixed term contract at Band 7 with a salary range of £53,751–£60,651,

Qualifications

Significant experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary programmes across organisational boundaries.
Experience of working closely with commissioners/external stakeholders.
Budgetary management, cost improvement planning and quality impact assessment.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, delivery and evaluation of transformation programmes using PRINCE2/Agile principles.
Develop business cases and benefits realisation plans; manage risks and governance.
Ensure programme governance and reporting to Transformation Board.
Manage budgets and financial risks; influence senior stakeholders.
Coach project leads and provide expert advice on programme management.
