Qualifications

• Oversee planning, delivery and evaluation of improvement programmes with robust governance.
• Develop business cases, manage risks, track benefits realisation and report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Engage with internal and external partners, influence decision-making and lead programme assurance reviews.
• Provide expert advice on programme management and coach project leads to drive continuous improvement.
