Import Logistics Coordinator

Location: Felixstowe (Office-based)

Salary: 32,000 - 38,000 DOE per annum + annual bonus

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday

An established logistics provider based in Felixstowe is seeking an experienced Import Logistics Coordinator to join their busy import operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in shipping and forwarding to take on a varied and rewarding office-based role.

Key Responsibilities as an Impost Logistics Coordinator:

• Creating and managing job files using Multifreight
• Coordinating customs clearance and port health declarations
• Obtaining releases from shipping lines
• Booking and scheduling deliveries with both customers and approved hauliers
• Rating shipments accurately for both cost and sales
• Monitoring shipments end-to-end, updating systems with key milestones
• Utilising port systems such as Destin8 and CNS

About You:

• Prior experience in import logistics is essential
• Strong working knowledge of Destin8 and CNS
• Confident communicator with good organisational skills
• Able to work full-time on-site in Felixstowe
