• Assist with day-to-day administration of import/export activities and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
• Support with customs declarations and clearance processes with internal teams and external agents.
• Check shipping documents, invoices, and trade-related paperwork for accuracy.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding shipments and trade documentation.
• Liaise with transport providers, customs brokers and internal teams to resolve queries and delays.
• Support compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
• Maintain records of shipments and trade transactions.
• Investigate discrepancies relating to deliveries or documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and customer service quality.
