Job summary

WR Environmental in Antrim, NI is seeking a Customs Operations Coordinator to support timely customs clearance. You will create job files, enter data into customs software, and work to ensure entries are submitted accurately and on schedule.

The role requires direct UK/Ireland customs experience, handling import and export declarations, and liaising with stakeholders. Familiarity with TSS, CDS and HMRC regulations is desirable.

Qualifications

• Direct Customs experience in UK/Ireland freight forwarders, brokers or transport companies.
• Experience with import and export clearances.
• Familiarity with customs software such as TSS and CDS.
• Knowledge of HMRC compliance and regulations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create job files, data entry into customs software to submit entries on time.
• Sense check customer data against requirements and advise on errors.
• Create Import and Export declarations using customs software (TSS/CDS).
• Track and monitor declaration status.
• Liaise with stakeholders and provide guidance on latest procedures.
