Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Freight Forwarding Coordinator (Import / Export) for Feltham offices. In this role you will manage import/export consignments across air and road, coordinate with airlines, transport providers and customers, and ensure compliance with SOPs and KPI targets.

This is a first step into a global logistics business offering progression to supervisor and manager roles, along with a company bonus.

Qualifications

• Freight Forwarding experience or similar.
• Import and Export experience.
• Experience within both Air Freight and Road Freight.
• Commute to Feltham or nearby.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Import and Export freight movements across Air and Road.
• Arrange collections and deliveries with airlines and transport providers.
• Manage customs reporting, ETSF records and T1 documentation.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal freight teams.
• Join a team of 10 with progression into Supervisor and Manager roles.
