Join us as an Imports & Exports Customer Service Specialist

Are you a proactive and efficient professional passionate about providing top-notch customer service in the imports and exports industry? We are seeking a dedicated Imports & Exports Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional import and export services to our customers, overseas partners, and related service providers.

Location: Heathrow, UK
Hours: 5 Days per week, flexibility required - 9:00 to 17:30
What will you be doing?
  1. Delivering Customer Service Excellence: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring you meet and exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
  2. Operational Excellence: Review and understand airfreight procedures and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  3. Cost Control: Understand each customer's buy and sell rates, ensuring accurate and timely cost management at the job level.
  4. KPIs and SLAs Management: Meet and monitor all customer KPIs and SLAs, aiming for at least 98% SLA achievement.
  5. Query and Complaint Management: Investigate and respond promptly to queries and complaints from both external and internal customers and suppliers.
Requirements
About You
  • Experience in Imports & Exports in Airfreight is desirable.
  • Proven ability to provide efficient and proactive export services.
  • Strong customer focus with high satisfaction levels.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Effective communication skills with customers, colleagues, and service providers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

Experience in Ocean and/or Land freight for Imports and Exports will also be considered, even without Airfreight experience.
