Your Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Import Coordinator for our Pontypridd-based team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is passionate about delivering excellent import services. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to advance your logistics career, we want to hear from you.

This position is Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate international shipments by sea, air, and road according to client requirements.
2. Prepare shipping documents, track shipments, and update clients.
3. Manage customs entries ensuring AEO compliance.
4. Complete customs procedures accurately and timely, adhering to regulations.
5. Ensure detailed data entry and timely invoicing.
6. Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent service.
7. Liaise with airlines and hauliers for smooth logistics operations.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have experience in multimodal operations within a fast-paced logistics environment. Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and efficient workload management are essential.
