Job Title: Ocean Export Coordinator

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year, depending on experience.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.

Location: Bristol, Avonmouth.

We are collaborating with a leading organisation that provides top-class shipping and packing services to overseas customers. They are seeking an experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to join their busy team.

The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for customers, supporting them throughout the international export process.

We require an experienced Ocean Export Operator responsible for handling all elements of FCL and LCL shipments.

Responsibilities:

1. Liaising with shipping lines to track shipments and keep customers informed.
2. Communicating with import agents to organise customs clearance and confirm delivery.
3. Collaborating with other departments such as transport and warehouse teams to ensure seamless communication.
4. Producing invoices and passing them over to accounts for invoicing.
5. Handling export customs entries using the HMRC CDS customs system.
6. Resolving any customer service issues that may arise.
