Harbur Logistics is an international freight forwarding company based in Felixstowe, delivering supply chain solutions with customs compliance, sea freight and associated modal services. We’re looking for an Import clerk with experience suitable for a role in a small but fast-paced company.

Skills / Experience desired (we offer training if need be):

• Liaise with shipping lines, hauliers, warehouses and customers
• Experience using ASM sequoia ( training given )
• Knowledge of HMRC Customs legislation
• Ability to navigate HMRC Customs Tariff, including classification
• Review documents, input data to the system, carry out due diligence checks,
• Customs Clearance, invoice to clients, arrange collections and deliveries

We’d love it if you:

• (Ideally) have a minimum of 2 years industry working experience
• Use your initiative and have a positive enthusiasm towards customer relations
• Can work smart in small team and have excellent organisational skills
• Have good communication skills and a friendly and professional demeanour
