Key Responsibilities:

1. Import Customs Clearance: Handle all aspects of import customs clearance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
2. Arranging Deliveries: Coordinate and arrange deliveries to ensure timely and accurate distribution of goods.
3. Booking International Ocean Freight: Manage bookings for international ocean freight, liaising with carriers and clients to secure optimal shipping solutions.
4. Knowledge of Multifreight: Utilize Multifreight software for efficient management of freight forwarding operations (desirable but not essential).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in import forwarding or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of customs clearance processes and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Multifreight software is a plus.
