Implementation Specialist

Starting base salary £24,500 - £34,500*

Plus Bonus, Equity & Benefits

Implementation Specialists support multiple projects, onboarding clients to our platform. They work with teams to establish positive relationships and ensure customer success by educating clients on implementation and launch processes.

What You Will Be Doing

• Participate in client meetings to educate on platform functionality and gather inputs.
• Prepare project artifacts like notes, documents, and test plans.
• Set up and configure solutions according to client needs.
• Perform quality assurance on projects.
• Participate in project discussions to review work plans, risks, and issues.
• Deliver training sessions and update training materials.
• Assess launch readiness and resolve platform issues based on client feedback.
• Collaborate with sales and consulting teams on project approaches.
• Support development of processes and tools to streamline delivery.
• Stay updated on product changes and maintain relevant documentation.

What You’ll Bring To This Role

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas, macros).
• Experience with coding languages (JSON, HTML, SQL) and technologies (API, SSO, JIT).
• Experience implementing software for clients.
• Experience in SaaS environments.
• Technical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and client relationship experience.
• Flexibility for increased hours during peak times.
• Previous customer-facing experience.
