Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as an Implementation Manager.
• Strong project management and client communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience with technical implementations, preferably involving Microsoft products.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Mentorship: provide guidance and support to Junior Implementation Managers.
• Pre-sales engagement: assist with pre-sales activities for larger clients discussing the implementation journey.
• Technical expertise: troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during implementation.
• Internal training: provide technical training to internal teams.
• Host and co-host client webinars to increase platform knowledge.
• Deliver multiple implementation sessions and manage project communications.
• Lead bespoke implementations for larger clients with milestone-driven plans.
• Update and create documentation and training content for internal and customer use.
• Client engagement: work closely with clients to understand needs and ensure the solution meets business requirements.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the implementation process and after completion.
• Help drive improvements to onboarding processes and overall client experience.
