Job summary

Kinetic is seeking a Software Implementation Specialist in the UK to lead end-to-end product implementations, from kickoff through go-live, including system configuration and customer training. The role collaborates with the Head of Operations and the PS team to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a hands-on, customer-focused specialist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is prepared to travel to customer sites across the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a software implementation, project management, or professional services delivery role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
• Confident trainer - capable of on-site and remote training.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build trusted customer relationships.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Technical aptitude - able to learn complex software and troubleshoot configuration issues.
• UK-based with ability to travel to customer sites within the UK.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of new product implementations from initiation to go-live and sign-off.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with clear communication to customers and stakeholders.
• Act as primary delivery contact post-signature for smooth handoff from Sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to hit milestones and remove blockers.
• Design and deliver customer training for UK implementations, on-site and remotely.
• Configure systems to meet customer requirements, including data migration and integrations.
