Job summary

Kinetech is seeking a Technology Implementation Delivery Consultant to support a major UK-wide business transformation. This hands-on role will drive end-to-end technology implementations across multiple UK sites from discovery to go-live and BAU handover.

You will work with operational teams to understand processes, validate data and support migration readiness, while coordinating site readiness and deployment activities across concurrent projects. UK-wide travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-site technology implementations across industries such as hospitality, retail, leisure or healthcare.
• End-to-end delivery from discovery through go-live and BAU handover.
• Strong stakeholder management and supplier/third-party coordination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end technology implementations across multiple UK sites, from early discovery through to go-live and BAU handover.
• Work with operational teams to understand current processes, validate data and support migration readiness ahead of implementation.
• Coordinate site readiness, implementation plans and deployment activities across multiple concurrent projects.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, third-party suppliers and technology partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support solution configuration, UAT and implementation planning to ensure sites are prepared for rollout.
• Manage project plans, risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide on-site support during implementations, go-live and hypercare, capturing lessons learned for future rollouts.
