The Implementation Engineer (IE) is responsible for the successful technical setup of Sidetrade solutions from initial engagement through delivery and evolution. The IE also supports solutions, interacts with clients and Sidetrade resources.

Technical profile: comfortable with various technologies (Web, Databases, SQL, ideally Integration Services, and one or more programming languages). You are eager to learn and adapt in an innovative company. You enjoy teamwork. You demonstrate rigor, tenacity, and creativity in your technical achievements. You communicate effectively with clients and third parties.

What you will do:

1. Configure private cloud environments dedicated to clients.
2. Set up connectivity with client systems.
3. Implement mappings to transform business documents and validate content.
4. Establish connectivity with trading partners for document exchange.
5. Configure business document flows (orchestration, notifications).
6. Implement workflows as needed.
7. Customize UI to client needs (views, search & result fields, message display).
8. Test flows and features.
9. Deploy changes to production after approval.
