Referment is hiring an Implementation Consultant in London to own the delivery lifecycle for new client implementations and statements of work. You’ll lead kick-offs, document complex workflows, and translate them into a delivery plan while coordinating clients, brokers and internal teams to ensure access to execution destinations and successful testing.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Technical understanding of buy-side front-office workflows, with depth in at least two of fixed income, equities, listed derivatives and crypto.
• Hands-on knowledge of order and execution management workflows and functionality.
• A broad understanding of financial market products, electronic trading, and the related regulation, risk and front-office order flow requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Comfort with tools such as Salesforce, JIRA and Confluence.

Responsabilités

• Own the project delivery lifecycle for new client implementations and statements of work.
• Lead kick-offs and document complex workflows and requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, brokers, dealers and venues to provide access to the execution destinations clients need.
• Set up and configure user acceptance testing, and provide training and ongoing support.
• Manage client relationships and expectations across trading desks, IT, operations, compliance and the COO office; act as escalation point for support issues.
• Keep reporting and feedback current in tools such as Salesforce and FinancialForce.
