Job Summary: Revvity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Payroll Implementation Manager to lead our payroll implementation projects across the globe, starting with a few countries primarily in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global payroll and Time & Attendance systems, with a preference for experience in Neeyamo implementation. This role requires excellent project management skills, including cross-cultural communication, a deep understanding of payroll processes, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
This is a 3-month fixed-term position with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:
- In partnership with our HR Technology team, lead the end-to-end implementation of our new global payroll and time and attendance system, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors, including Neeyamo, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of payroll solutions.
- In collaboration with Neeyamo, provide training and support to local payroll teams, ensuring they are equipped to manage payroll and time & attendance processes post-implementation.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on payroll experience and understanding of payroll processes, systems, and regulations across European countries.
- Proven experience in managing global payroll implementation projects.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (C1+), with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Other languages are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Neeyamo implementation.
- Experience with Workday.
- Knowledge of APAC and North America payrolls.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
