Job summary

NHS England is seeking a Partnership Officer to support the Transforming People Services programme. You will coordinate engagement activities with Trade Unions and key workforce stakeholders, ensure effective communication, and help deliver a demanding HR transformation agenda across the NHS.

You will work closely with the Partnerships Lead, maintain stakeholder records, prepare briefing materials and track actions, contributing to better experiences for the NHS workforce and patients nationwide.

Qualifications

• Ambitious, collaborative and delivery-focused individual who thrives in complexity.
• Experience coordinating stakeholder engagement and communications is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate partnership engagement activities with Trade Union representatives and workforce stakeholders.
• Plan and deliver engagement activities, coordinating meetings, consultations and communications.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration and information sharing.
• Provide high-quality project and administrative support to the Partnerships function, including maintaining stakeholder records and briefing materials.
