This is a fantastic Associate Implementation Analyst opportunity to work with a leading technology services organisation, to support key customer SaaS implementations, in a support and customer-service capacity.
The Associate Implementation Analyst is a hybrid working role, based in London, with flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.
As an Associate Implementation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the customer success team, supporting client SaaS implementations, providing technical support, and excellent customer service. The Associate Implementation Analyst should have 2-3 years’ experience in a customer-focused, technical support role, ideally within a SaaS/PaaS product-led business. The Associate Implementation Analyst will ideally have good knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence), as well as Smartsheets, Hubspot, being desirable. An enthusiastic, can-do, and proactive work ethic is essential for this role.
