• Deliver alternative education programmes and accredited learning opportunities.
• Provide intensive, relationship-based support to young people aged 13-19 (up to 25 for SEND and Care Leavers).
• One-to-one and group-based work, including detached youth work in community areas, parks and places of interest.
• Partner with schools, families and wider services to support reintegration into education or suitable alternative pathways.
• Address barriers such as anxiety, low confidence or challenging circumstances to reduce risk and improve engagement.
