Job summary

You will lead the Year 6-7 transition, build a strong Year 7 culture, oversee the tutor team, monitor attendance and progress, and work with safeguarding and inclusion teams to raise outcomes for every Year 7 student.

Responsibilities

• Lead Year 6 to Year 7 transition with primary schools and families.
• Develop Year 7 routines, behaviour expectations and tutor systems.
• Monitor cohort attendance, behaviour and progress using data.
• Provide strategic oversight of Year 7 standards and interventions.
• Report to senior leaders and contribute to school improvement.
