NRL Ltd at Port of Tyne seeks an organised Warehouse Administrator to support day-to-day operations on a major renewables project base. The role focuses on coordinating shipments and maintaining accurate inventory data to keep warehousing and logistics running smoothly.

The successful candidate will process PO and shipping documentation, liaise with suppliers, and generate routine inventory and performance reports.

Competenze

Experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or inventory control.
Strong organisation and time-management with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Experience working with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Fluency in English.

Mansioni

Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems.
Process documentation including purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and shipping documents.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and transport partners.
Monitor stock levels and support inventory counts and reconciliations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
Respond to customer and supplier inquiries regarding deliveries and stock availability.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of all warehouse documentation.
Assist warehouse supervisors with administrative tasks and scheduling of deliveries.
