Job summary

Affinity Partnerships are seeking learning support assistants to work in Primary and Secondary schools in the Bristol area. The role covers full-time and part-time positions with experience working with children and confidence supporting a range of learning needs across KS1–KS4.

A positive, flexible approach and teamwork are valued, with safeguarding training provided. You will also benefit from CV writing assistance, dedicated support from a consultant, and optional PAYE or Umbrella pay

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school setting or similar environment.
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills and clear communication.
• Confident supporting KS1–KS4 curricula and diverse learning needs.
• Positive, flexible team player with good sense of humour.
