Qualifications

• Previous classroom experience is preferred.
• Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) is ideal, but not mandatory if you demonstrate key behaviours.
• Resilience to support vulnerable pupils and manage behavioural challenges.
• Strong communication and teamwork to relay information to colleagues.
• Excellent organisation and caring approach to support learning.

Responsibilities

• Assist the class teacher with pupil work and activities.
• Support pupil behaviour and establish positive relationships with learners.
• Adapt teaching approaches to support across key stages as needed.
• Contribute to a safe and supportive classroom environment.
