Job summary

Revolve Collective Limited in Staffordshire is seeking a Teaching Assistant for secondary education, starting ASAP. The role involves supporting teachers and pupils, including one-to-one or small-group work, in a welcoming and supportive school environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior TA experience, a passion for working with children, and a patient, reliable demeanour. Qualifications such as Level 2/3 TA are desirable, with ongoing training and development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar education, care or support role.
• Passionate about working with children and young people.
• Patient, approachable and reliable.
• Confident supporting pupils both individually and within a classroom.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with their learning and development.
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support.
• Supporting pupils with additional needs, where required.
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and resources.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement.
• Helping create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Supporting pupils' confidence, independence and progress.
