Typical shifts include Early (07:00–15:00), Late (15:00–22:00), Sleeps (22:00–07:00), and Long Days (07:00–22:00). The role offers a supportive environment with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on support worker with a passion for improving quality of life.
• Able to work across Salisbury and Amesbury services.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain independence in daily life.
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Encourage access to local communities and social activities.
• Support clients with activities at home, in bars, cinema, or while out and about.
