This role offers flexible shifts (8:00am–20:30pm with sleep-ins) and a pay rate starting at £13.57 per hour plus enhancements, with benefits designed to reward dedication and promote long-term career

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; passion for helping others.
• Full UK driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain more independence in daily life.
• Support with personal care and daily activities.
• Encourage community access, socialise, and participate in activities.
• Assist with balance of tasks such as meals, outings, and leisure.
