You will work in a dynamic team at Walker Lodge, delivering daily living support, social activities, and community outings within an ABI‑focused residential service.

Formación

• We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.
• As a support worker you’ll help people gain more independence in daily life within a dynamic team.
• Support Workers should be resilient, flexible, and composed, with care experience, preferably with acquired brain injury.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care.
• Encourage and enable access to local communities and activities.
• Support individuals in socialising, meals, outings, and appointments.
