Job summary

ALPADIA is seeking motivated staff for its summer camps in the UK. You will safeguard students, plan and lead engaging afternoon and evening activities, and deliver immersive cultural experiences with strong emphasis on safety and wellbeing.

You will supervise groups, manage behaviour, and support check-in/out and meals while contributing to a positive, inclusive environment. Ideal candidates are excellent communicators with leadership and organisational skills, able to work under pressure and

Qualifications

• Willingness to undergo Enhanced DBS check and provide 3 referees
• Ability to lead and motivate large groups of teenagers
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
• Able to work under pressure and maintain safety standards
• Strong organisational and planning abilities
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing activities and schedules
• Desirable: experience in holiday camps or with international students and youth programmes

Responsibilities

• Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of all students in our care
• Prepare and lead afternoon and evening activities and Premium activities
• Lead excursion sessions with safety and cultural immersion in mind
• Review session plans and risk assessments
• Deliver high-quality experiences and maintain student engagement
• Supervise behaviour, maintain a positive environment and enforce rules
• Assist in check-in/check-out and supervise mealtimes
• Undergo DBS check and provide referee details as required
