Job summary

Inspire North invites applications for a Service Manager to lead Leeds Stop Smoking Services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support in a safe, inclusive environment. You will empower teams, drive service development and maintain strong partnerships with commissioners.

Reporting to the Operational Manager, you will oversee budgets, safeguarding, and data protection, while promoting co-production and responsive access for diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop teams delivering high-quality, person-centred services.
• Experience building partnerships with commissioners and external organisations.
• Budget management, performance monitoring and risk management experience.
• Commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and trauma-informed practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of Leeds Stop Smoking Services to ensure high-quality, accessible support.
• Oversee performance against targets, safeguard, health and data protection compliance.
• Line manage Team Leaders, Advisors and Administrators and support service development.
• Coordinate on-call duties and contribute to emergency officer responsibilities when required.
