Job summary

Targeted Provision Ltd is actively seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers across the UK to deliver Maths, English, or Science tuition with a trauma‑informed approach, both in person and remotely. Roles are self‑employed and flexible, designed to support disengaged and vulnerable learners through local authority and school referrals.

You will join a mission‑driven team that provides CPD, mentoring, and a supportive community while helping young people with SEND to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD and/or PMLD in a trauma‑informed approach.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS) required.
• Enhanced DBS clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English or Science tuition to learners with SEMH and SEND needs.
• Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools with flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan lessons, report on progress, and give regular feedback to carers and schools.
