Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to support vulnerable learners with SEND/SEMH needs. Roles include Maths, English or Science tutoring with flexible in-person, hybrid, or remote options.

Applicants should have 2+ years of teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, and be prepared for Enhanced DBS checks. Self-employed opportunities are available, with competitive pay and professional development support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience with SEND/SEMH.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) required.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references provided or facilitated.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online or hybrid Maths, English or Science tutoring to pupils with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan and report lessons; give regular feedback on student progress.
• Support KS1–KS5 pupils referred by local authorities and schools.
• Maintain traumainformed, child-centred tutoring approaches to raise learning outcomes.
