Job summary

Targeted Provision Ltd. is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners in the UK. Roles are self-employed with flexible, trauma-informed tutoring across Maths, English, or Science.

Applicants should have 2+ years of teaching experience, with QTS/QTLS and Enhanced DBS. Opportunities include in-person, hybrid, and remote teaching, with supportive CPD and a dedicated SEND team.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years teaching, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a trauma-informed setting.
• Qualificatons: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
• Compliance: Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• Location: Based in the UK with right to work in the UK, including remote opportunities.
• Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan and report lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools with flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
