Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to support disadvantaged learners with SEMH and SEND needs. Work flexibly in person, hybrid, or remotely, with a trauma-informed, child-centred approach.

Teach Maths, English or Science to KS1–KS5, plan lessons, report on progress, and work with local authorities and schools. QTS/QTLS and Enhanced DBS required, with 2+ references. Flexible hours and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD in a trauma-informed approach.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS) and safeguarding compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online / remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English or Science to learners with SEMH and SEND needs.
• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Support KS1–KS5 learners referred by local authorities and schools with flexible, trauma-informed tutoring.
