Responsibilities

• Support learning for children and young people with ASD/SEMH needs; help raise self-esteem and develop learning abilities.
• Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement individualized support plans.
• Provide a safe, inclusive environment and monitor pupil progress during lessons.
