Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a full-time SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work on a supply basis at a welcoming secondary SEN school in Spennymoor. You will support pupils with a range of SEN across classes, helping them access learning and achieve their individual goals.

Hours are 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with daily rates of £95–£105 depending on experience. The role offers valuable school-based experience in a specialist setting and a rewarding environment for career

Qualifications

• Have experience working with children or young people with SEN.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs.
• Working across different classes and age groups within the school.
• Providing both 1:1 and small-group support.
