Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is recruiting a Teaching Assistant for a secondary setting in London. You will support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, working 1:1 and in small groups to boost engagement and progress.

The role focuses on creating a calm, inclusive classroom and collaborating closely with teachers and the SEN team. The ideal candidate will have experience with young people, confidence supporting diverse needs, and a genuine passion for helping teenagers thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in schools or similar settings.
• Confidence supporting students with additional needs (ASD/ADHD/SEMH).
• Patience, resilience and a positive approach to learning.

Responsibilities

• Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• 1:1 and small group support to encourage inclusion.
• Help create a calm, focused learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and the SEN team.
• Be a steady, positive presence in the classroom.
