Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd in Wimbledon is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support children across EYFS to KS2 in a range of primary schools. Roles range from day-to-day supply to short-term and long-term placements.

You will work 1:1 or with small groups, assist teachers with learning activities, and help create a positive, inclusive classroom. DBS checks are required or may be obtained; training and support are provided by Protocol Education.

Qualifications

• Has experience working with children, either in schools, childcare, coaching, tutoring, or similar settings.
• Is caring, patient, and enthusiastic.
• Has strong communication skills.
• Can adapt confidently to different school environments.
• Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils in the classroom across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Working 1:1 with children or supporting small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with learning activities
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
