Protocol Education is recruiting motivated and reliable Secondary Support Staff for schools in Halifax. You may have prior school-based experience or transferable skills from youth work, coaching, care or support roles.

This role offers flexible assignments and competitive pay. As a member of Protocol Education, you will support teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4, work with teaching staff to create an inclusive environment, and provide targeted support to students and groups.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting young people is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supporting teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4.
• Working alongside teaching staff to maintain an inclusive learning environment.
• Providing targeted support to individual students and small groups.
• Promoting positive behaviour and student wellbeing.
• Assisting with classroom preparation and lesson activities.
