Job summary

Wilderness Way in the United Kingdom is seeking compassionate care workers to join our team on a bank basis, supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural challenges.

You will work flexible day, night and sleep-in shifts, help with activities and personal growth, and be a positive role model while upholding safeguarding standards. A DBS check and relevant safeguarding training are part of our safer recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and complete necessary qualifications.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in residential care or working with children facing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care for children with emotional, social, or behavioural challenges.
• Support personal growth through activities, education, and tailored care.
• Work flexible shifts, including day, night, and sleep-ins, to create a safe and nurturing environment.
• Be a positive role model, empowering children to shape their own future.
