Wilderness Way is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team on a bank basis in the United Kingdom. You will provide care for children with emotional, social, or behavioural challenges and support personal growth through activities and tailored care.

Role offers flexible shifts including day, night, and sleep-ins to create a safe, nurturing environment. A full UK driving licence and safeguarding/compliance are required to ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn, grow, and complete necessary qualifications.
• Full UK manual driving licence is essential.
• Experience in residential care or working with children facing challenges is essential.
