Qualifications

• Willingness to learn, grow, and complete necessary qualifications.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in residential care or working with children facing challenges (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care for children with emotional, social, or behavioural challenges.
• Support personal growth through activities, education, and tailored care.
• Work flexible shifts, including day, night, and sleep-ins, to create a safe and nurturing environment.
