Devon County Council is seeking a Residential Support Worker for its Children's Homes in Devon. The role focuses on delivering person-centred support to children with complex needs, helping them achieve personal goals and develop life skills within a home-from-home setting.

You will work shifts, including nights, with a commitment to safeguarding and building positive relationships with children and families. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with young people with complex needs.
• Familiar with person centred planning.
• Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
