Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting a Recovery Coordinator for the Substance Misuse Team in Watford. The role is a 3-month contract with a fixed hourly rate of £23 (Umbrella) and a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week across five days, located in Watford.

You will manage personalised caseloads, provide tailored keyworking, and implement harm reduction strategies, collaborating with a passionate team to deliver positive outcomes for service users.

Qualifications

• DBS on update service is required.
• Experience managing substance misuse cases (drugs/alcohol).
• Strong caseload management and keyworking skills.
• Solid understanding of harm reduction and recovery models.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to service users with substance misuse (drugs and alcohol).
• Develop and manage personalised caseloads with tailored care and effective keyworking.
• Implement harm reduction strategies and foster a supportive recovery environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve service user outcomes.
• Engage with the local community to raise awareness and improve service integration.
