Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Recovery Coordinator in Watford to support a substance misuse service. The role is a full-time 37.5 hour week, on a 3-month contract with potential extension, paying £23 per hour ( Umbrella ).

The position involves caseload management, harm reduction, and collaborative work with a dedicated team to improve outcomes for service users.

• DBS on update service.
• Experience in managing substance misuse cases; drugs and alcohol.
• Strong caseload management and keyworking skills.
• Solid understanding of harm reduction and recovery models.
