Zusammenfassung

Innovation Training & Recruitment is actively seeking qualified Primary School Teachers to support schools in Rhyl and surrounding areas. Flexible short-term, long-term placements and opportunities to help local children thrive in an inclusive learning environment.

You will plan and deliver lessons aligned with Curriculum for Wales, assess pupil progress and collaborate with teaching assistants and school staff to support literacy, numeracy and wellbeing.

Qualifikationen

• QTS or eligibility to teach in Wales.
• Experience teaching in a primary school.
• Understanding of Curriculum for Wales and inclusive education.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to complete checks.
• Satisfactory references and completion of pre-employment checks.

Aufgaben

• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons per Curriculum for Wales and school requirements.
• Support pupils' academic progress, personal development and wellbeing.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages participation, confidence and love of learning.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet differing abilities, learning styles and needs.
• Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Establish clear expectations and promote positive behaviour management strategies.
• Support pupils' literacy, numeracy, communication and wider learning skills.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and other school professionals.
• Maintain effective communication with colleagues and contribute to pupils' ongoing development.
• Follow school policies including safeguarding, health and safety, behaviour management and confidentiality.
• Ensure all pupils' individual needs are recognised and supported.
