Cranstoun is recruiting an Integrated Partner Support Worker for the Positive Relationships Gloucestershire service, based in Gloucestershire. You will provide confidential support and advocacy to partners, ex-partners and families connected to behaviour change programmes, including the C-DAIR pathway.

You will assess risk, develop safety plans, and work with multiple agencies to safeguard victim-survivors and children.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting victim-survivors of domestic abuse.
• Ability to make safe contact, assess risk and needs.
• An IDVA qualification or willingness to undertake IDVA training is desirable.
• Applicants must be able to provide satisfactory evidence of their right to work in the UK at the application stage.

Responsabilités

• Provide independent, confidential support and advocacy to partners, ex-partners and families.
• Assess risk, complete and review DASH risk assessments.
• Develop personalised safety and support plans with flexible one-to-one support face to face, online and by telephone.
• Coordinate with Violence Prevention Practitioners and local domestic abuse services to safeguard victim-survivors and other family members.
• Advocate for victim-survivors and share information appropriately and proportionately.
