Job summary

Be-Resourcing is recruiting an Operations/Managed Services Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with hybrid options from Glasgow or Edinburgh. You will support delivery across multiple workstreams and help drive continuous improvement within a growing professional services team.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, coordinate governance and reporting, analyse performance data, and contribute to the development of new tools and ways of working to create real value for clients

Qualifications

Around 2+ years' experience in project coordination, project management, service delivery, operations, or continuous improvement.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
Confidence working with data, reporting, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a growing and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

Supporting project and service delivery across multiple workstreams.
Assisting with planning, governance, reporting, and process improvement activities.
Coordinating stakeholders and monitoring project progress.
Analyzing performance and financial data to support decision-making.
Contributing to the development of new solutions, tools, and ways of working.
